AI Partner is a service that connects WhatsApp to ChatGPT, a product by OpenAI. AI Partner is a product by Clubhub Ltd. These Terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Partner service ("Service") and constitute a legal agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Clubhub Ltd. ("AI Partner", "we", "us", or "our"), a subsidiary of Clubhub Ltd. By accessing, installing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
License grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AI Partner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
Content disclaimer
AI Partner is not responsible for the content generated by the Service, as it has no influence on how the content is generated. Users must be aware that generated content might include false information, could be subject to copyright, and may not be suitable for commercial use. Users are solely responsible for fact-checking and ensuring that they have the necessary rights to use generated content in any manner they choose.
Data storage and privacy
AI Partner temporarily stores messages sent by users in order to provide conversational context to the content generated by the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that AI Partner will store your messages for this purpose. AI Partner will not share or use your messages for any other purpose. Limitation of liability
AI Partner serves only as a bridge between OpenAI's ChatGPT and WhatsApp and is not responsible for any content provided by OpenAI. AI Partner will not be held accountable for any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content generated by OpenAI.
Non-refundable purchases
All purchases made through the AI Partner service are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded, so please ensure you are fully committed before making a purchase.
Subscription cancellation
To avoid automatic renewal of your subscription, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle begins. Failure to do so will result in your subscription being renewed automatically.
Unsubscribe procedure
To unsubscribe from the Service, you can send the word “unsubscribe” through WhatsApp, and your subscription will be canceled.
Changes to terms
AI Partner reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide reasonable notice, either by posting a notice on our website or by notifying users through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
